Who is Coach Kenny?

Hi! I'm Coach Kenny Barber. I've been coaching fitness and nutrition as my full-time career for the last 14 years, and helping people achieve their fitness and health goals is truly my passion. Don't worry, I'm not just a random guy who calls himself a coach... I have a few credentials in addition to the years of experience and happy clients:

  • BS, Exercise Science from Concordia University at St. Paul

  • NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist

  • CrossFit Level 2 Trainer

...plus many more specialized certificate courses and trainings.

I am also a husband, father of two young boys, and long-time business owner - just like many of you - who has worked with hundreds of different clients and know the real life challenges of staying accountable to your goals and living a healthy life. I can't wait to work with you!

Calorie Count

Nutrition Coaching

Individualized balance of macronutrient targets that can be used to help the client achieve their specific aesthetic, weight loss, muscle gain or health goals. Using scientific knowledge paired with practical techniques to hit targets and maximize results. 

Monthly recurring membership:

$200/mo

 

Initial 3 month commitment required (billed monthly), then recurring monthly subscription

Practicing Yoga

Nutrition + Exercise Programming

This option includes everything you get with nutrition coaching, plus weekly general exercise programming based on your goals and experience level. All exercise plans will include video tutorials and explanations, as well as description of equipment needed.

Monthly recurring membership:

$250/mo

 

Initial 3 month commitment required (billed monthly), then recurring monthly subscription

Exercise Programming Only

Individualized weekly exercise programming and coaching based on your goals and experience level. All exercise plans will include video tutorials and explanations, as well as description of equipment needed.

With this plan, you also get access to exercise tracking and messaging via app with Coach Kenny.
